			Pipeline Terminal Measurement
	This skid has (4) large turbine meter runs complete with strainers, back pressure valves, check valves, temperature and pressure transmitters, and prover connections. A single densitometer is installed in the inlet header. All isolation valves are motor operated. Product Manufacturers: Smith Turbine Meters, Jamison Products Strainers, Cameron General Twin Seal Plug Valves, Crane Check Valves, Limitorque Actuators, Fisher Control Valves with Rexa Actuators, Calibron Densitometer, and Rosemount Transmitters. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe, complete system assembly, and functional testing.

			Pipeline Terminal Measurement
	This skid has (4) large liquid ultrasonic meter runs complete with densitometers, sample valve, temperature and pressure transmitters, and prover connections. All isolation valves are motor operated. Product Manufacturers: Daniel Liquid Ultrasonic Meters, Cameron WKM Expanding Gate Valves, Limitorque Actuators. Micro Motion Densitometers, and Rosemount Transmitters. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe and structure, complete assembly including wiring, and functional testing.

			Pipeline Terminal Measurement System
	This single turbine meter run has a strainer, temperature and pressure transmitters, a flow computer, and a single prover connection (the return line from the prover is off skid). The system has a mix of motor operated and manual isolation valves. The structural skid includes a 4” deep drip pan. Product Manufacturers: Daniel Turbine Meter, Islip Strainer, Cameron WKM Expanding Gate Valves, Limitorque Actuators, Walworth Gate Valves, Omni Flow Dynamic Flow Computer, and Rosemount Transmitters. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe and structure, complete assembly including wiring, and functional testing.

			NGL Measurement Description: (3) 900# flanged turbine meter runs, (1) filter, temperature and pressure transmitters, densitometers, and a compact prover. The system has all manual operated isolation valves. Product Manufacturers: Daniel Turbine Meters, Champion Filters, Cameron GTS Valves, T3 Ball Valves, Calibron Compact Prover, and Rosemount Transmitters. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe and structure, complete assembly including wiring, and functional testing.

			Lease Automated Custody Transfer (LACT) System Description: (3) helical turbine meters runs, temperature and pressure transmitters, BS&W probes, sampler, and ball prover. Product Manufacturers: Faure Herman Helical Meters, Cameron GTS Valves, Limitorque Actuators, Welker Samler, Invalco BS&W Probes, BETSCO Ball Prover, and Rosemount Transmitters. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe and structure, complete assembly including wiring, and functional testing.

			Ship Loading System This is a simple dual Coriolis Mass Meter ship loading system. Product Manufacturers: Micro Motion Coriolis Meter and Virgo Ball Valve. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, painting of pipe and structure, and assembly.

			Automated Loading System Description: (1) PD meter, strainer, temperature transmitter, digital control valve, electronic preset, and grounding/overfill system. Product Manufacturers: Brodie PD Meter, Jamison Products Strainers, Cameron Grove Ball Valve, Daniel Digital Control Valve, Civacon Grounding /Overfill Protection, and Rosemount Transmitter. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe, complete system assembly including wiring, and functional testing.

			Marine Loading PD Meter with air eliminator and back pressure valve.

			Ethanol Blending Description: (3) turbine meters, (1) off skid strainer, (1) temperature RTD, hydraulic actuated control valve, and proving connections. Product Manufacturers: Daniel Turbine Meter, Jamison Products Strainer, Logan RTD, FTI Valves and Controls, El-O-Matic Actuators, and Womack Hydraulic System. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and structure, automation of valves, painting of pipe, complete system assembly including wiring, and functional testing

			Pipeline Measurement Description: (1) turbine meter, duplex strainer, Coriolis meter for check meter and density measurement, temperature and pressure transmitters, back pressure valve, sampler, flow computer, gas sensors, and proving connections. 			Master Meter Cart Description: (1) turbine meter, (1) PD meter, and block valves. Product Manufacturers: Daniel Turbine Meter, Smith PD Meter, Virgo Ball Valves. BETSCO provided design support, fabrication of pipe and trailer, painting, complete system assembly, and functional testing.

			Flow Nozzle Meter Tubes Flow nozzle meter tubes equipped with dp transmitters and manifolds.

			Skid System This system designed and built for PetroJam in Brazil consists of (1) 2" 150# flanged Daniel series 1200 turbine meter, (1) 2" 150# ISLIP fabricated basket strainer, (1) 2" 150# flanged Daniel model 788 digital control valve, a Daniel model DanLoad electronic preset, and proving connections.
